If I understand the question correctly...

Go to WebServer Manager http://your_site.com:8888/ in admin server
Click Oracle Web Listener
Select the proper listener... and Configure
Select Directory Mappings....

Then change the mappings to what ever you want them.... Then click on Modify. If you see the green letters of success.... then you did it... I then shut down my listener and bring it up again to convince me that the new mappings are in place.
