controling mouse navigation

Hi,

[Quoted]    I have a form four blocks, 2 having mstr/dtl relationship. I don't want the user to leave the first block unless all required fields are completed. But using mouse I can get to any field outside the First block. I explicitly put logic on
 'when-mouse-click' trigger at the form level which says   if not_valid_first_block then

          go_item(first_block.first_block);

It did not work. Even if the logic at ITEM LEVEL on the item outside of FIRST block on which I click with mouse.. THE logic does get executed. But the cursor stays in the ITEM where I clicked the mouse. Thanks in advance,
