Oracle Web Server Security

Okay so I have managed to enable digest authorization by creating users within groups within realms, and then putting protection on a virtual directory for a specific service. The id/password dialog box pops up, but none of the ids/passwords I've defined work. Anyone worked with Oracle Web Server Security and had any kind of problem with it like this.
