ODBC and Microsoft Access

I am running Personal Oracle on Windows NT. I want to get data from an ACCESS database. I can export data from Access to ORACLE and can read the access tables with the ODBC test program. What syntax do I need to select from the access table in sql*plus. Do I need to set up a database link????? How do I get SQL*PLUS to recognize the access table through ODBC.
