Connecting to Personal Oracle 7.2

I have Personal Oracle 7.2 for Win 95 & Developer 2000 (Release 1.1 for Windows) installed on win 95 ( CDROMs). I am unable to connect locally from Oracle Forms 4.5 to my databse on Personal Oracle 7.2.

I clicked on connect & got the following error message:

ORA-03121 - no interface driver connected. Function not performed.

Please help. Wasted a lot of time trying to connect.
