I am using both the NT WGS and Personal Oracle for NT on Windows NT 4.0 machines. When I talked to Oracle, WGS is at 7.3x and is designed to work with NT 4.0. Are you sure you have a current CD? Personal Oracle for NT is getting a January update (it's at 7.2.2), the current version works, with a few minor glitches, under NT4.0 as well.
