Forms 4.5 Corruption Problems

In earlier versions, I used a standards form and put all the objects I wanted to reference into an Object Group. Some get lost, others get the mis-named, etc. Has anyone encountered this and found a solution? I would like to know how to prevent the corruption, and also how to correct corruption once it has occurred. Dev2k usually GPFs when I try to delete the corrupt referenced objects.
I do a lot of forms work and really do not want to have to reference all the objects individually.
