From Mac to PC:IMPORT-EXPORT - Help needed

[Quoted] I have a .dmp file from a Mac, generated years ago as a backup of a database with an old version of Oracle. Now I want to recover the information contained on that file, but want it on a PC. Can I use the Import tool -Imp- to do this, or is there any other way to do it?
