Developer 2000 1.3 question

[Quoted] [Quoted] I was under the impression that the Developer 2000 1.3 version was only available for Windows 95, since it is fully converted to 32 bit. Now I heard rumors about an 16 bit version of Dev/2k 1.3 beeing available. Is this correct?
