· Good knowledge in Salesforce (SFDC)

· Demonstrated CRM experience within one or more industries

· Works independently to test Salesforce configuration workflows, test case development, performance and load testing, End to End testing, and functional/regression testing (coding and development skills not necessary)

Capability Business Analyst/Project Manager

The Capability Business Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible for managing and tracking all activities associated with the development and/or enhancement of new business capabilities including but not limited to business process definition, operational model definition, system implementation, training, and communication / change management planning. The Capability Business Analyst/Project Manager will bring their expertise to bear in guiding the business users through the capability build and managing the project. Specific responsibilities include managing:

  1. project status reporting
  2. Issue, risk and decision tracking
  3. project planning / timeline management
  4. stakeholder management / change management
  5. vendor management
  6. meeting management / minutes / presentation

Further, the Capability Business Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible for the development of project documentation including business process maps, business procedure documentation, IT SDLC project documentation, training materials, and communication materials required to evangelize the implementation the capability.
