No. Have you ever heard term "privat cloud" Surely Amazon would like to be the only real cloud, and witch it actually insisted to be.

Private cloud is cloud infrastructure operated solely for a single organization, whether managed internally or by a third-party and hosted internally or externally.

Actually, concept of cloud computing dates back to the 1950s. Known as "Remote Job Entry" and "time-sharing". But narrowminded migth not foresee it.
