From his IP address, as extracted from the headers:

The information Nuno extracted is seen if you execute "jwhois 183.82.100.3" (linux). On HP-UX, it's probably "whois". It looks like "Mike" is a short form of "Mikesh". If you look for the ISP itself, people in India are very smart and have a page devoted to customer complaints. Beamtele figures prominently on that page:

So, our "Mike" is a very shady character who posts job spam from a very ill reputed ISP.
