I am not afraid. Oracle still doesn't have any competition worth mentioning, as far as databases are concerned. For some reason, IBM doesn't seem to be trying to popularize DB2. DB2 is the only database that can be considered an Oracle's equal. What DB2 needs is an adequate pricing policy and someone like Tom Kyte to popularize it. Without that, there is nothing to fear. I very much doubt that SAP's Hana can become an alternative to Oracle in the near future. For as long as Oracle is de facto the only game in town, there is nothing to fear but the fear itself.
