can not start the isqlplus

I am a beginner and can not open the http://homer:5560/isqlplus page under Solaris10-x86? Any solutions ? I could open it when I installed Oracle 10 on Solaris 10 - x86 system for the first time. Thanks Received on Sun May 08 2011 - 12:20:36 CDT
