Perhaps this is not an NFS related error but rather the error seems to indicate that the file already exists which would mean the tablespace already exists. That or you are referencing a datafile that belongs to and is being used by another database.

If you check the full path at the OS level do the files exist? Are the datafile names correct for the database in question?

Are the nfs parameters you posted the ones listed in the platform specific installation manual or from a disk hardware vendor document?
