*. I am sorry but there is no file exists before creating tablespace
in "NAS"(nfs).

*. i have checked full path described in syntax and test it usin

               $cd   /nasora/
               $pwd

while pwd respresent the same path as i execute in 'cd' command

*. i mount nfs mount point as described in below oracle link and also
follow the vendor specification
