A mans gotta do what a man needs to do ... ( no disrespect to the women Oracle DBA's ).
Usually you can get something cooking at least at Sev 2 but sometimes if it is with the wrong person ( being diplomatic here ) then switch to Sev 1 may get it assigned to someone with a better knowledge base. Received on Wed Mar 17 2010 - 19:28:30 CDT
