Caveats :
1. Run the right version of exp "locally"
2. Beware of the SQLNet/TCPIP performance overheads and Network
Latency
3. Have the NLS parameters correctly setup before you start "exp" as
NLS parameters are specified by the client -- ie "exp" -- environment
4. Special Note : Be aware of File System Limits and Filesystem Space
Limits on your "local" machine. You don't want to attempt a 40GB
export and find that you hit a 32GB filesize limit or have only a 36GB
filesystem !
