Why would anyone be applying the 10.2.0.3 patchset when 10.2.0.4 has been available for so long?

10.2.0.5 is supposed to be "out soon" ...

Let me guess you are running oracle on windows and don't have a static ip address or you haven't configured the loopback adaptor or your listener is not running? Received on Tue May 12 2009 - 11:43:00 CDT
