Did you actually READ the CS_2006 storybook and count the installs on Oracle vs SQL Server? I counted a ratio (quick scanning) Oracle:SqlServer of 80:13 (out of 106 specified databases), not counting the one where Oracle was named an OS)
And on MS Windows installations, most DB's are Oracle.
