Click on the tab for "Certify".
Click on the line "View Certifications by Product" Select "Database/Server" and click "Submit". Select "Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition" (or whatever is appropriate for you) and click "Submit". Under "Platform Selection" scroll to Microsoft Windows 2003 (AMD64/ EM64T).
Highlight it and click "Submit".
Under "Additional Search Criteria" click the checkbox next to "10gR2 64-bit" and click "Submit".
"Server Certifications" will be displayed. Click under the column heading of "additional info" for additional info.

Wow. Am I sorry that I looked there (bad news about the 10.2.0.4 patchset).
