Either the service_name PRODUCT in your tnsnames.ora doesn't point to
the database PRODUCT (you would need to verify this by looking in your

You would need to verify this by
select * from dba_users where username='PRODUCT_OWN' whether this applies.
You shouldn't create users with a default tablespace of SYSTEM and a temporary tablespace SYSTEM.
