You will also get these relink errors if your ORACLE_BASE is exported incorrectly. What I normally do is to ignore all this errorrs, and then afterwards do a "relink all" from the ORACLE_HOME/bin directly. I did many installs ifnoring them and then relinking manually afterwards without an error
