In that case he should change profession. But likely he is from that part of the world, that requests Europeans and Americans to do their work for free. Compare the forums of OTN: only 1 on 10000 questions can not be answered by RTFM.
They always state they want it quick, they want it now, and they don't have time to read the docs.
