No the most oracle will say is it something is planned.

Many of us are "expecting" that more 11g releases on other platforms will be available by the time of Open World 2007.

Best advice is to start getting familiar with it now but evaluate very cautiously any decision to try to plan out dates for future implementations based on 11g.
