Put OMR on a two node standard edition RAC cluster

Install OMS on two separate servers pointing to the RAC database

Install two OMA agents on each target: each one pointing to a separate OMS.

Write scripts that start and stop OMR, OMS, and OMA components in the correct home directories in the correct order giving adequate "sleep" time between steps.
