And your current datafiles are on
- RAW - ASM - cooked filesystem?
In the latter case you would need to convert the datafiles to RAW
(using dd or RMAN) or ASM (using RMAN). This would involve copying
4Tb.
In short: yes it can be done, but forget about it if your files are
not on a RAC compatible file system.
