I am more inclined to agree with Sybrand that this in that the quality of service goes down for the rest of us when people use metalink as a source of free training.

On the other hand this is a completely valid complaint and it is about time metalink did something about the quality of the interface.
For example I have never figured out why Clusterware is not listed anywhere?
