got an .ora file with errors

hey folks

i got a 10.2 running in a vmware server. unfortunately that crashed. the result is that i got now a damaged .ora data file. all other files are intact.
i got NO archived logs.
i got 4 big datafiles
e1
e2
e3
e4
with 5 gig each

the third one is broken.
i got a snapshot of the vm 2 weeks ago with intact files

is there a chance to get at least part of the data back?
