You don't mention your version.
If you have anything current (10g), IIRC expdp in 10g is capable of compressing the export automagically.
Other than that, your question boils down to: it is possible to export to a pipe on Windows (Windows does support pipes), and can Winzip read from a pipe. That is not an Oracle question.
But probably you are better of buying a bigger disk. It would be cheaper than writing scripts anyway.
