Enter user-name: /as sysdba
ERROR:
ORA-12638: Credential retrieval failed
set SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NTS)
Log out of the windows box and log back in, then try it. with NTS enabled.
See if you still get 12638 Received on Tue Nov 28 2006 - 14:13:09 CST
