Trace Files and Alert Logs Filling Up Hard Drive

I have just installed 10g R2 on a Windows 2003 server.  I created a
general database then logged into the web EM.  Immediately, I started
getting the following error every 15 minutes:



ORA-error stack (07445[ACCESS_VIOLATION]) logged in
C:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\ADMIN\GISX\BDUMP\alert_gisx.log.



Has anyone else run into this problem?  I have had this in with Oracle
Support since June and still no solution.  Thanks!!
