Is this 32 bit or 64 bit Windows 2003? Oracle 10.2.0.1 or 10.2.0.2 or something else? Are you using any special memory configurations on the server (large page support, lock SGA, beyond 2GB on 32 bit platform, etc.), ASM, RAC, or anything else?

Are any other log files being written?
