I don't think that is the problem.
Our standard is SID/SERVICE in UPPERCASE. Machines in lowercase.
Our paths are all correct, case wise or nothing would work.
It seems to work for user connectivity and for agent recognition
everywhere else (about 15-20 boxes with many databases on each).
Any other thoughts?
I am stumped.
