Hi Bill,



Without any knowledge of what you are trying to do, do you have the
username/password used in the link?  You can create a java stored
procedure in the oracle database to which you do have access.  If you
are having issues with what you want to do using the link, it would be
a regular JDBC call to connect to the other database and do what you
want, i.e., bypass the database link.
