Oracle Windows Client Patches

I have currently Oracle 9.2.0.1 client installed on Windows 2000 with ODP.NET 9.2.0.4. I want to upgrade to ODP NET 9.2.0.7 which says I should have Oracle 9.2.0.7 or higher. I, however, do not see any patches for Oracle 9.2.0.7 for Windows client, only for database.

I want to confirm that I can install Oracle 9.2.0.7 database patch set on top of existing 9.2.0.1 client and It will update client (such as sqlplus) to 9.2.0.7. I can then install ODP.NET 9.2.0.7 patch.
