As most posters fail to read the manual, and don't even want to search for obvious keywords on http://tahiti.oracle.com, this is indeed the standard answer.
However, your answer is unsatisfactory for two reasons - first of all it is an abstract of what they could have read in the docs
- secondly it isn't the 'step by step guide' most people here request.

As far as I am concerned a pointer to the docs should have sufficed. Laziness shouldn't be rewarded.
