Look to see if you have a lot of trace files in the bdump, cdump, and udump directories. Old trace files can be deleted.

Take a look at the size of the listener.log. You can turn the listener logging feature off, remove the log, and turn it back on if you want to log.

Take a look for old export files and database backups that are on the disk.
