Are you on XP Pro?

You might want to use
http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/xe/index.html instead of 9i personal edition.

@home.com is bogus. They're not stoned, so they must be stupid
department: Last night I saw a TV news item about people protesting
against Clear Channel, a company that owns radio stations. They were
protesting against a radio show that had alledgedly promoted Marijuana
use. OK, it's a free country. The thing is, they were carrying signs
specifying the radio show in question - on a station that Clear Channel
divested months ago.
