Wow, that is an...odd...datamodel.  At any rate, you have a self
imposed sort order on the data for your query to work (comparing one
record to the next).  I can't see an apparent column on which to sort
in your example data, although it may just be your example is simple.
If that is the case, please post the actual "real life" data and table
structure.
