Oracle 10gR2 is being worked on for both Alpha and IA64, and should be released as soon as they're ready.

Since this isn't an official support channel, that's about as much as can be said here.

If you need a more authoritative answer, you need to go through an HP support channel: or go to the HP web site and ask the people responsible (via the feedback or support links) for an update.
