We want a centralized solution to manage our service names. We have several thousands users located in six countries so using tnsnames can be a management nightmare. We want to know what our options are and so far OID appears to be the best solution. Using DNS would also provide a centralized solution but I'm not sure if it's possible in a RAC environment.

thanks.
