Hi,

Oracle 10.2.0.2 (x86_64)
SLES 9 SP3 (x86_64) + OCFS2

Clusterware, Oracle SE installed and works fine.

Now I want to create a database with dbca. But dbca does not allow to install the database files on cluster filesystem nor on raw disk. Only ASM is available. raw disk is ok, because I dont have one installed, but I need to install on a external scsi raid formated with ocfs2 and accesible from all nodes.

Why is the "Cluster Filesystem" option in dbca disabled?

Thanks, Robert Received on Thu Jun 22 2006 - 01:41:53 CDT
