I don't have any experience with Oracle XE but according to the "2 Day DBA" http://www.arabx.com.au/cd/oraclexe/oraclexe/2DayDBA.pdf this "Main Menu" is actually called the "Database Home Page" (page 1-1). While you are at it, you might also want to download the "2 Day Dev. Guide" http://www.arabx.com.au/cd/oraclexe/oraclexe/2DayDeveloperGuide.pdf
