One way of capturing object executions (Stored procedures, packages and functions) within the database is by enabling auditing. This might help you get what you want:

• Set AUDIT_TRAIL=DB for your instance
• Enable auditing on executions by doing this: SQL> audit execute on <object_name> by session;
• Once enabled, you can query the dba_audit_object view joined to the dba_objects view to get the details you are looking for.
