ORA-01422 error on each sql statement

Hi,



Have a Forms 6i application with patch 13 running against a 9.2.0.1.0
database stored on same machine in different home.



However when i run the application any sql statement at all return
ORA-01422. If I run the same statement as the same user from SQL*PLUS
it works fine.



If i run against an 8i database on another machine the same app works
fine too.



Any Ideas....this is quite urgent!!!!
