I have hit a fair few problems with Oracle 10g too. It seems that the quality of TESTING has been getting worse over the last few years. I have reported 7 bugs with Oracle support over the last few months, and none of them are particularly obscure.

One thing that really winds me up is installation bugs... how can you miss them in testing ?!?!?
