There is no reason to remove non Oracle Services. For Oracle you can use oradim (to remove database services). Listener and Intelligent Agent is taken care of by the OUI if memory serves.

But if you want to hack your way through the registry you could take a look at HKLM/System/. But if you do that wrong, you could find yourself busy reinstalling everything from scratch, so better either leave the services alone or (if third party) use the supplied uninstall procedures.
