HELP:RAC on VMWare

I am trying to install RAC on VMWare.

I installed RedHat AS3 (update 3), and installed VMWare GSX-3.1.0-9089, then I installed two RedHat AS3 (update 3, kernel 2.4.21-20)

I do not have problem install Oracle 10G RAC on those two virtual machines, but I was unable to install Oracle 9.2.0.1 on it. The Cluster option just refuse to show up. Here is my cm.log

How can I bring the Oracle Cluster option up during the second part of installation of 9i (9.2.0.1)
