You can't be serious. Oracle has desupported Oracle 7.3 years ago,
before Win2k and Win XP even existed!!
And there has never been a version of any Windows product that was
fully downwards compatible.
If you are going to request a patch for this from Oracle Technical
Support (though I doubt you have a support contract, which is very
unprofessional behavior towards your cursomers), they will just drop
the phone on you, and your case will be the joke of the month.
